He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Shacklett. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, John (Andrea) and Patrick (Theresa); his siblings, Carol Bretz (George) and Tony (Janet); and his sister-in-law Mary Jean Hinkle.
