He is survived by: his sons, Michael Dean Costner and Richard Houser Costner (Betsey True Costner) of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Ivey Josette Costner and Grant Badger Costner; and his sister-in-law Rosalind Welder (Carl Henline) of Lincolnton.
