He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Foster (Hudson) and Joseph Henry Foster. He is survived by: his children, Emily Dona, Cheryl Brock of Tryon, NC, Leslie Mongold of Todd, PA, Cindy Squirrel of Cherokee, NC and Joe Foster of Lynn, NC; and his sister Genell Campbell of Landrum, SC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great, grandchildren.
