It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Rowena Sheehan (Columbus, North Carolina), who passed away on May 26, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gam Gosnell and Pearl Whitesides Gosnell; her former husband Dewey Sheehan; and her siblings, Estelle Gosnell Brown (Olin), Horace Gosnell (Edna) and Hoyt Gosnell (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Watts; her children, Darlene Sheehan McGee, Angela Sheehan Neal (Barry) and Randall Dewey Sheehan; her grandchildren, Tammy Thompson Gilliam (Tommie), Catina Thompson Swain (Chero) and Justin Neal; and her pet Molly.
