He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lare Goettert; his children, Peter Goettert of Spokane, WA, Elizabeth Goettert of Austin, TX and Rachel Goettert of Columbus, NC; his sister Rosemarie Mikrut of Westchester, IL; and his grandchildren, Lowe Goettert, Sarah Goettert, Alexander Goettert and Nola Staton.
