He is survived by: his children, Donna Milam (Scott), David Horsewood (Sharon), Susan Stines (Reid), Casey Wayne (Wayne Himelsein) and Patrick Rentz; his grandchildren, Samuel, Daniel, Carly, Max, Ryan, Jake, Scarlett and Gavin; his brother Jerry Horsewood (Deanna); and his siblings-in-law, Lee Battles (Cathy), Roberta Horsewood and June Darby. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
During his career he received a Presidential Letter of Commendation for his contribution to the improvement of government operations.
