It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Satterfield of Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Thomas Satterfield and Freda Taylor Higgins; his wife Jenelle Newman Satterfield; his daughters, Davina Satterfield Cross (Samuel) and Buffy Satterfield Blackwell; his stepchildren, Jennifer Case Taylor and Robert Case; his grandchildren, Christyan Keough, David Littlejohn, Cary Littlejohn, Grace Lucas, Benjamin Lucas, Joseph Lucas, MarÏet Hulst, Adria Cross, Avery Cross, Carl Campbell, Hayden Blackwell, Caroline Taylor and Thomas Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Maylea and Alexander Keough.
