She was predeceased by: her father George Norman; her son Ryan Thompson Marshall; and her brothers, Norman Allen Thompson and Mark A. Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Edith M. Credle Thompson; her husband Sam S. Marshall; her son Barrett Marshall (Mallori) of Belhaven; her grandchildren, Thompson Koy Marshall, Huxton Richard Marshall and Grifton Rye Marshall; and her siblings, Dennis Ray Thompson (Debbie) of Swan Quarter and Donna Thompson Spencer (Patrick) of Swan Quarter.
