He was predeceased by: his father Mitchell Evan Snell. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Faye West; his children, Alicia Renee Snell, Ashlee S. Cowan (Travis) of Williamston, Hannah Lynn Snell of Elizabeth City, Dixie Leigh Snell of Windsor, VA and Mitchell Evan Snell of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Ami Snell-Hernandez and Trenton Cowan.
