It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnetta Elvida Hill of Columbia, North Carolina, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Curley Ray Hill, Hurley Hill, Guy Wesley Hill, Sylvester Purnell Hill and Richard Earl Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene Bowser, Irving Lee Bowser Sr. (Annette) of Norfolk, VA. and Darlene Bowser Smith (Andrew) of Mebane, NC.; her sisters, Loretta Hill (New York), Olivia Leary of Columbia, NC and Annie Boquet Hill (New York); and her grandchildren, Seneka, Nicole, Irving Jr., Nadia, Tyrice, Troy, Jamel, Mark, Naomi, Julian, Kenrick, Dwan and Jamaine.
