Armstrong of Columbia and Steve Liverman (Lora) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Leah Spohn (Nevin) of Edenton, Andrew Armstrong (Kristie) of Columbia and Ben Liverman of Collington; and his great grandchildren, Anderson Armstrong, Ryland Armstrong and Levi Spohn.
His artistic gift extended to woodworking building lighthouses, musical instruments and donating them to local charities to be auctioned.
