He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Joseph W. Smith, Sr. and George Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Joey Smith and Cathy Johnson Smith; his sister Kelci Smith of Greenville; his grandmothers, Lexine Smith of Columbia and Deanne Johnson of Columbia; his stepgrandmother Sandy Johnson of Smithfield, NC; his uncles, David Smith (Lisa) of Greenville, Mark Smith (Melinda) of Greenville, Edwin Johnson (Nerissa) of Gum Neck and Tyler Johnson of Raleigh; and his aunt Maggie Cox (Addison) of Greenville.
