She is survived by: her children, Wayne Simmons (Pam) of Columbia and Teresa S. Davenport (Jimmy) of Chesapeake, VA.; her grandchildren, James Davenport of Chesapeake, Kyle Simmons (Katey) of Newport, Jamie Davenport of Washington and Stacy Frost (Kenny) of New Bern; and her sister Jean S. Gasaway of Loganville, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
