She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carl Rhodes and Daisy Tweddy Rhodes; her husband Owen Melvin Hansen; and her sisters, Margaret A. Rhodes, Lorraine R. Smith and Vera R. Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, April Hansen Gammon of Columbia, NC, Darlene Rogers of Ocala, FL and Joseph Anthony Rhodes (Melissa) of Columbia, NC; her sisters, Marie R. Rice of Chocowinity, NC, Mary R. Cannady of Rocky Mount, NC and Linda R. Norman of Columbia, NC; her grandchildren, Melissa Barber (James), Wesley Gammon, Allison Rhodes and Jacob Rhodes; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Aelita and Mara.
