He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oakley and Jessie G. Everton Voliva; and his brother Wayne Voliva. He is survived by: his wife Ann Spencer Voliva; his children, David Eric Voliva, Chad Evans Voliva of Columbia and Davona Davenport of Columbia; his adoptive daughter Katie Boyd; his grandchildren, Tabatha Henry, Bryan Henry (Amy), Casey Voliva (Krysta), Brianne Sawyer (Zachary), Spencer Voliva, TJ Davenport (Amber), Jessica Combs (Dustin), Keiley Davenport and Skylar Swain; and his brother Gary Allen Voliva of Columbia. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
