He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dillon and Jeannette Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his brother Bill Dillon (Jeannette); his children, Deanna Dillon (Todd), Vic Dillon (Terri) and Marc Dillon (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Hannah Hoxworth, Summer Bowers, Dalton, Connor, Cameron and Caison Dillon; his stepgrandchildren, Abby Nelson and Leslie Winterfeldt; his great grandchildren, Lillie Bell and Levi Bowers; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Caleb, Kinslie Winterfeldt and Audrey Nelson.

“I remember Rudy as a young child. After my daddy passed, Rudy helped me. I couldn't get my lawnmower started. He came and started it. The other time was when I got my lawnmower stuck in ditch in front of my grandma's house. He sent Marc with their tractor to pull it out. He will be missed and he's in heaven without any pain.”
