He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mahon and Isabelle Mahon; and his brother William P. Mahon. He is survived by: his wife Drozan Mahon; his sister-in-law Jae Osborne (Terry) of Kernersville; and his nieces and nephews, Ray [Valar] Wilson, Leigh [Dan] Williams, Erin [Dorian] Edwards and Leigh [Brent]. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
