He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ternamian Winter and Clement Winter. He is survived by: his brothers, David Leon Winter and Robert Aljian Winter; his friend John H. Barwis; his wife Gretchen Van Osdell Winter; his sons, Richard Keith Winter (Diane) and Kenneth Andrew Winter (Lyn); and his grandchildren, Danielle Lay (Carson), Nicholas Winter, Jonah Winter and Luke Winter.
