She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Norman Hesson Garrett Jr.; and her parents, Effie Mae Sifford Honeycutt and Roland Clarence Honeycutt. She is survived by: her children, Becky Garrett Dangel (Phil), Linda Garrett Battle, Katherine Garrett Brugh (Robert) and Norman H. Garrett III. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
