He is survived by: his children, Cyndi Cook of Kernersville, NC, Sharon Brett of Kernersville, NC and Lem Cook, Jr. (Linda); his granddaughters, Holly Little and Olivia Brett; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Daniel, Wesley and Callie; and his sister Delores.
