She is survived by: her children, Karen Jacobs Hinson (Mark) of Ridgeway, VA, Gerald Dwayne Jacobs (Joyce) of Colfax, Angela Jacobs Safrit (Danny) of Colfax, Jeffery Dale Jacobs of Piedmont, OK and Andrea Jacobs Kern (Matt) of Piedmont, OK; her siblings, Lorina Young of Pulaski, VA, Libby Price of Roanoke, VA and Boyd Osborne (Cynthia) of Edinburg, VA; her grandchildren, Danielle Charles (James), Melissa Safrit, Joshua Jacobs, Caleb Jacobs (Yasmine), Hannah Royal (Corey), Anna-Marie Jacobs-Kern and Sara Hinson; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jordan, Lily, Shae, Isaac, Hadleigh Charles and Lincoln Royal.
