He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Stack and Ollie Stack of Colfax; his siblings, Irene Brown, Dot Dillon, Ivy Lee Stack and Willard Stack; and his nephew Todd Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Stack; his daughter Susan Stack of Colfax; his granddaughter Caroline Jennings (Dylon); his great grandchild Adeline Jennings of Jamestown; his sisters, Shirley Wylie (Ray) of Kernersville and Ruth Wren of Winston-Salem; and his sister-in-law Lena Stack of Winston-Salem.
