Lupton and Tim Hayworth (Ginger) of Greensboro, NC; her siblings, Steve Gibson of Greensboro, NC, James Roger Gibson (Ruth) of Hickory, NC and Lucy Varker of Chesapeake, VA; and her grandchildren, Forrest Hayworth of Ft. Lupton, CO, Katelyn Patterson (Andrew) of Champaign, IL and Jacob Hayworth of Greensboro, NC..
