David Knight Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 85, David Knight of Colfax, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey Wayne and Daisy Tuggle Knight; his siblings, Manley, Wayne, Julia, Betty and Gertrude; and his grandson Bryan Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Knight; his children, Carlton Knight (Anita), Cathy Cantu (Alex) and Cara Stafford; his grandson Greg Knight; his stepchildren, Andrea Hine, Andrew Hine and Sue Kipple; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia and Eddie; his sisters, Lois K. Tucker and Debbie Knight; and his close friend Tommy Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shady Grove Wesleyan Church Building Fund at 119 N Bunker Hill Rd, Colfax, NC 27235 or to Salem Kidney Center at 2705 Boulder Park Ct, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
