She is survived by: her husband Philip W. Atkins; her children, Walter (Kelly) and Emily Kolb (Jeramey); her grandchildren, Colin, Sophia, Jakob and Lilly; and her sister Yvonne Steptoe of Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
