She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Bagwell and Robina Tillinghast Bagwell; her husband Thomas B. Hoover; and her son Kenneth Hoover. She is survived by: her children, Thomas H. Hoover of Tunnelton, WV and Robina White (Jim) of Kingwood, WV. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
