With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Cooke Williams (Colfax, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Calvin and Della Cook Cooke; her husband Ned Williams; her daughter Patsy Short Nelson; and her granddaughter Christy Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Allen (Charles) and Paul Gibson, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Casey Allen and David Nelson. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
She was a member of Charity Baptist Church.
