She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Sowers; her sons, James Sowers Jr. (Lisa) of Troutman and Michael Sowers (Sara) of High Point; her brother Robert Ward (Stephanie) of Greensboro; her grandsons, Andrew (Rebekah), Luke (Miranda), Nate, Alex and Holden; and her great grandchildren, Dani and Spencer.
