He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard White, Sr. and Hannah Sessoms White. He is survived by: his children, Kembra Ruffin (Randy), Joseph White, Tyrone White, Anthony Outlaw, Jedd Rankins (Dorothy), James E. White (Dayna) and Richard M. White. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
