She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow Wilson Phelps. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Phelps of Merry Hill; her siblings, Phyllis Ann Phelps of Windsor, Kimberly Jo Phelps of Virginia Beach, Michael Woodrow Phelps of Fayetteville, Eddie Dean Phelps of Virginia Beach and Anthony Quinn Phelps of Winterville; and her pets, Bandit and Dana.
