She is survived by: her husband Sedford Earl Mitchell; her daughters, Tomekia Mitchell-Holloman (Shon) of Windsor, NC and Sherry Mitchell of Ahoskie, NC; her siblings, Thelma Elaine Watford Bond (Fletcher) of Colerain, NC, Ruby Ann Watford Mitchell (Alfred) of Colerain, NC, Randolph Watford (Rosa) of Colerain, NC, Grover "Buster" Watford, Jr. (Debra) of Colerain, NC and LeAndrew Watford (Kisha) of Boykins, VA; her godson Eric Mitchell of Colerain, NC; and her grandchildren, Dezzery Holloman of Columbia, SC, Mitchâ and Holloman of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Praise Fellowship Inc. (212 E Main St, Ahoskie, NC 27967).
