He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland H. Outlaw and Mary Vashtie Freeman Outlaw. He is survived by: his children, Larry Outlaw, Jr. (Doneisha) of Colerain, NC, La'Shea Davis (Saif) of Charlotte, NC, Shamika Morris-Swain (Devon) of Lewiston, NC and Dyeashia Reid of Colerain, NC; his sister Lizzie Outlaw Lloyd (Amos) of Colerain, NC; his half-sister Judy White of Colerain, NC; and his aunt Bettie Reaves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
