She was predeceased by: her parents, Gleason Toney and Ossie Toney. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Perry; her son Alvin Toney of Forest City, NC; her stepchildren, Bonnie Holland of Glouster, VA, Melissa Perry of Fayetteville, NC, Kimberly Pitts of Smithfield, NC and Daniel Perry, Jr. of Washington, NC; and her siblings, Junior Jones of Forest City, NC, Gary Toney of Shelby, NC and Etta Toney of Forest City, NC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
