It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Cullipher Bracy (Colerain, North Carolina), who passed away on July 31, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Henry Cullipher, Sr. and Goldie Marie Morris Cullipher; her husband Malcolm "Mac" Bracy; her brother Charlie Henry Cullipher, Jr.; and her nephew Charles Vandy Cullipher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Hughes (Gary) of Colerain and Monica Ben Amor (Mohammed) of Ahoskie; her grandsons, Wynne Hughes (Nichole) of Edenton and Mason Hughes of Colerain; her great grandchildren, Maycee and Malachi Hughes of Edenton; her brother Gene Cullipher (Annie Ruth) of Washington; her sister-in-law Betty Sue Cullipher of Colerain; and her nephews, Ellis, Jonathan, Eric and Darren Cullipher. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews.
