She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillery Taylor and Hazel Perry Taylor; her husband William David Harrell; and her siblings, Carlton Taylor and Carolyn Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Harrell Bundy (Willie) of Gatesville, NC, Mike Harrell (Lisa) of Colerain, NC and Stacy Harrell (Rosemary) of Windsor, NC; her grandchildren, Taylor Bundy of Gatesville, NC, Dylan Harrell of Colerain, NC, Matt Harrell of Colerain, NC and Jenna Bundy of Raleigh, NC; her nephews, Brad Brown (Penny) of Colerain, NC and Chris Catron (Donna) of Wake Forest, NC; and her niece Dee Worrells (Roy) of Colerain, NC..
