She was predeceased by: her parents, Phoebe Mizelle and Lewis Mizelle; and her siblings, Junior Mizelle, Jeffery Mizelle and Justine Mizelle Wilkins (Garland "Billy" Rhea).
She is survived by: her children, Melody Bryant (David), Darlene Maruhn (John) and Tommy Butler (Laurie); her grandchildren, Lewis Mizelle (Sarah), Timothy Maruhn, Jo Ellen Lassiter, Courtney Early, Gabriel Bryant and Thomas Butler, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine Forehand, Logan Forehand, Lilly Baggett and Jack Mizelle.
