He is survived by: his son Alonzo "Al" F. Pierce, Jr. (Billie Martin Pierce) of Greensboro; his sister Mildred White of Colerain; his grandchildren, Robin Pierce of London, England and Lonny Pierce of Winston Salem; and his great grandchild Leo Price.
