He is survived by: his siblings, Daisy Carter of Ahoskie, NC, Katie Lee of Ahoskie, NC, Mamie Silver of Norfolk, VA, Shirley Carter of Brooklyn, NY, Beatrice Lane of Cofield, NC, Rev. Charlie Carter, Sr. (Tyrone) of Cofield, NC and Carter, Sr. of Cofield, NC. He is also survived by one grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
