It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Arnold Stancil of Coats, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlon Stancil and Bertha Johnson Prince; his wife Janice Gainey Stancil; his son Christopher Arnold Stancil; and his sister Betty Stancil.
He is survived by: his son Marty Stancil (Stephanie) of White Rock; his grandchildren, Pearson, Ian, Harper, Alistair Stancil and Kristen Stancil; his great grandchild Booker Stancil; and his brothers, James Waylon Stancil (Janice) of Benson and Larry Thomas Stancil (Shelby) of Dunn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
