He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Weaver and Ruby Weaver; his wives, Hilda Jones Holland and Brenda Joyce Holland; his great grandchild Sonny Jeremiah Johnson; and his siblings, R. H. Holland and Janelle Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Johnson, Jenny Holland, Jimmy Holland (Josephine) and Jay Holland; his grandchildren, Natasha Holland, Jeremiah Johnson, Shanna Johnson and Brina Jacobs Holland; his sisters, Annie Jane Barefield and Peggy Prescott; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Holland, Brenda Matthews and Janie Glover.
