He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Dilts and Mildred Tillman Dilts; his pet Bubbles; his wife Terri Lynn; his children, Charles Dilts (Kelley) of Angier, Jesse Dilts, Kayla Green (Matthew) of Greenville, Kari Carr of Coats and Tyler Carr of Coats; and his siblings, Linda Dilts, Georgia McMahon, William Dilts (Carol) and Jimmy Dilts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hodges Chapel Church (780 Hodges Chapel Church Rd., Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hodges Chapel Church, PO Box 809 ~ Benson, NC 27504.
