She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Blackwelder and Nuna Williams Blackwelder; her brothers, Johnny and David Blackwelder; and her grandson Aaron Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Rayvon Cooke; her daughters, Donna C. Smith (Tommy) of Siler City, NC and Bonnie C. Dukeman (Bill) of Pittsboro, NC; her grandchildren, Faith, Blake, Michael, Jennifer and Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Buddy, Lily, Logan and Johnny.
Flowers are welcomed; however memorials may be made to Athens Drive Baptist Church 1601 Athens Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606.
