She is survived by: her son Paul Smith; her daughter-in-law Kim Smith; her granddaughter Dani Wilburn of Raleigh; her son Thomas Smith; her daughter-in-law Dr. Melanie Mabrey of Surf City, NC.; and her sisters, Jean Harrell and Billie Kaye Turner.
