He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Mize and Eunice Rambeau Mize; and his brothers, Lewis Mize and Jerry Mize. He is survived by: his wife Joan Williams Mize; his children, Angela Mize Jones (David S.) of Coats and Randy Christopher Mize (Annette) of Benson; his grandchildren, Alexandria Nicole Jones, Zachary Wyatt Jones, Christopher Seth Mize and Sara Elizabeth Mize; and his siblings, Johnnie Mize, Roger Mize, Linda Holderfield, Gail Owens, Becky Williams, Peggy Sasser and Shelia Beaston.
