She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Franklin and Kathleen Walker Ballard; her husband Robert Alan "Bobby" Godwin; and her daughter Jennifer Ellis Wood. She is survived by: her son Anthony Ellis (Allyson); her grandchildren, Billy Franklin Wood, Jr. (Madeline), Cherokee Marie Wood (Tyler) and Dalton Griffin Wood (Emily); her great grandchildren, Brayden James Wood, David Ray Langley, Isabella River Wood and Cassian Nicholas Wood; her siblings, Don Ballard, Wayne Ballard and Michelle Earnhart; and her close friend Johnnie Mize. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
