She was predeceased by: her parents, Ennis Stephens and Grace Taylor Stephens; her husband James Hunter; her son Donald Keith West; and her siblings, Virginia Britt and Jerry Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Mingin (Joe) of Angier, Janet Tedder (Derrick) of Raleigh and David West of Raleigh; her siblings, Rosa Kirby of Richmond, VA, Peggy Little of West Columbia, TX, Betty Willoughby of Fayetteville and Danny Stephens of Lumberton; and her grandchildren, Hunter Mingin, Taylor Tedder, Lily West, Hannah Tedder and Jahmari Bridges. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UNC Rex Cancer Center, Rex Healthcare Foundation, 2500 Blue Ridge Rd., Suite 325, Raleigh, NC 27607 in Beth's memory.
