He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Weaver and Virginia "Vergie" Lee Rathbone Clark; his former wife Mary Evelyn Arrington Clark; his siblings, Ruby Lee Gilliland (Uncle Bud), Gladys Gault, Jarvis L. Clark and David "Arnold" Rathbone; his nephew Thomas "Tommy" Gilliland; and his grandchild Payton Lane Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Rich Clark; his children, Boyd Edwin Clark (Lisa), Myron Wayne Clark (Shirley), Mary Angela Gilley (Derrick) and Stanley Ray Clark (Chasity); his nieces and nephews, Yoder, Evelyn, Ann Joines (Glenn), Mildred "Millie" Moore (Wayne) and James "Bubba" Gilliland (Dawn); his brother William "Red" Rathbone (Barbara); his grandchildren, David Gilley (Bethany), Madison Gilley, Apple Taylor (Chris), Ashlyn Clark, Austin Clark (Megan) and Tanner Clark; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Leah Gilley, Hailey, Carson, Colton and Walker Taylor.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Panther Creek Baptist Church (5494 Panther Creek Rd, Clyde, NC 28721). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
