He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sorrells and Margaret Sorrells; and his brothers, Johnny Mac Sorrells and Michael Sorrells. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sorrells; his stepdaughter Robin Rupe; his sister Barbara Sorrells; and his grandsons, Samuel and Joseph Rupe.
