He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Weaver Ray Rathbone; his fathers, Raymond Rathbone and Archie Russell Rathbone; his siblings, Tommy Rathbone, Weaver Howard Rathbone and Helen Myrtle Rathbone; his wife Beulah Meadows Rathbone; his daughter Teresa Rathbone Smith; his grandsons, Christopher, William, Tyler and Taylor Smith; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Lincoln; his sister Mary Ruth Rathbone Fugate (Bill) of Haywood County; his pets, Zebadee, Sophia and Tinkles; and his grandparent Big.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Haywood County Lion's Club, Lakeview Church of the Nazarene Youth programs or Hospice of Haywood County.
