He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Osborne and Maude Nelson Osborne; his former wife Wilma Mae Nelson Osborne; his wife Lita Grey Pressley Osborne; his daughter Lura Caldwell; and his brother Blount Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Lesa Harmon (Chris) of Naples, Florida and Robert "Bobby" Osborne (Debbie) of Statesville; his siblings, Ernestine Parton of Waynesville, Lou Anne Cogburn of Canton and Massie Osborne (Joan); his sister-in-law Maxine Osborne of Clyde; and his grandchildren, David Osborne, Timothy Caldwell, Emily Osborne, Bailey Osborne, Lucas Harmon and Logan Harmon. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
